High School Students: You have until 12:40PM today to turn in your Guest forms for Homecoming. If you do not have a form turned in for your guest, they will not be able to attend the dance on Saturday.

Middle School Students: Those Middle school students that have PE second quarter, starting Monday October 13, please meet in the mirror room on Monday, October 13. Use the door by the softball field, do not go through the gym.

High School Students: ASU Maroon & Gold Scholarship Applications are available in the guidance office for any students planning on attending Arizona State.

Seniors: Any senior interested in attending the University of Arizona, UA Alumni Association Scholarship Applications are available in the guidance office.

Middle school and High school students: You need to check in with your teachers first and get a pass before you come to the Nurse's Office. Please do not come in between class periods.

Attention high school students: SAT preparation materials are available in the guidance office.

High School Students & Staff: Homecoming is Friday against Gila Bend!!! Game Time is 7:00PM.

All Students: The Masons Annual School Essay Contest is once again under way. Essays are due by October 24, 2008.

College Visitation Day will be Monday, 10/13/08 from 8:40 – 10:00 AM in the gym. All juniors, seniors and AVID students are welcome to attend.

Volleyball: Friday October 10, 2008 Home Against Gila Bend. JV Game is 5:00PM Varsity is at 6:00PM.

Football: October 10, 2008 Home Against Gila Bend Game Time is 7:00PM

KINDERGARTEN ROUND UP!

AJO, AZ, May 1, 2008: Kindergarten registration for the 2008/2009 school year, also known as Kindergarten Round Up will be Thursday May 8, 2008 from 12:00PM-2:30PM in the Ajo Schools teachers’ lounge. Ajo Elementary School’s kindergarten teachers, Margarita Martinez and Mary Helen Yanez will be in attendance along with the school health nurse, Kari Sanchez. To register their kindergarten children, parents will need to bring a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, the Immunization records, and guardianship papers if the child is not living with their parent(s). (Including custody papers and/or power of attorney papers) If parents are unable to attend on that day, there are registration packets available in the Principal’s Office. Students attending kindergarten next year should be five years of age by the 30th of August 2008. For more information please call the school office at 520-387-7602.
