Food Services - Prices

The Ajo Unified School District proudly provides nutritious lunches for all students who chose to eat on campus. Our cafeteria operates much like a business. We cannot operate by giving away lunches. If your child forgets to pay for lunch, they may charge. After charges add up to $5.00 there can be no more charges until full payment for these charges has been made. High school students who have surpassed the $5.00 charge limit will receive no lunch. Elementary students will receive a token lunch consisting of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk.

Free/Reduced Lunches:

If your child/children qualify for free/reduced lunch and breakfast, please complete an application. We want all students to have access to a healthy lunch and breakfast. After charges add up to $5.00 there can be no more charges until full payment for these charges has been made. High school students who have surpassed the $5.00 charge limit will receive no lunch. Elementary students will receive a token lunch consisting of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk.

Breakfast and lunch can be paid for at the school cafeteria before school starts each day, students can also pay with cash at the time they purchase their breakfast or lunch.

4-5 ........................................$1.25 Served at 10:55 - 11:15 (Café) & 11:15 - 11:30 (Playground)
6-8 ........................................ $1.50 Served at 11:23 - 11:43 (Café) & 11:43 - 11:57 (Playground)
9-12 ...................................... $2.00 Served at 12:27-1:01 (Café)
